Her career spans multiple industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, and high-growth organizations, where she has led HR operations, talent acquisition strategies, and compliance initiatives at both strategic and operational levels.
Carrie has extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting, high-volume hiring, employee relations, and building HR infrastructures that support business growth while minimizing risk. She has also overseen environmental health and safety programs and successfully led regulatory audits with zero findings—demonstrating her attention to detail and deep understanding of compliance requirements.
She is currently advancing her professional credentials through SHRM certification, further strengthening her expertise in employment law and best practices.
